    For me I have a lvl 51 and a lvl 88
When doing the creature of fenkenstrain quest "members"

You have to go down under-neith the tomb to defeat one of the experiments to get a key
-Just fight the experiments they have 100 or 108 hit points i cant really remember but they are a great thing to lvl on
well I think they are anywayz.

*Remember you have to atleast start the creature of fenkenstrain Quest to gain acess*

    Where to train

Well it all depends on how you play, f2p or p2p? Staying f2p is difficult, I'd say train on the skeletons near the cage for the "dragon slayer" quest, but if you pay 2 play, then i would reccomend experiments, as the above poster said, or simply rock crabs, despite the fact that they are a long walk from the bank. Also at crabs you could cannon to keep all the crabs to your self, and piss off other players, making faster training, while gaining a nice ammount of ranged exp.
