Any account that has games pre-registered (low 8 digits and lower, e.g. X:1XXXXXXX) can bypass trade and friend request restriction. Any account logging in from new information is blocked for 7 days and without a market purchase blocked for 30 days. If you like I can sell you one of these accounts (5, 6, 7, 8 digits unique and normal) price depending.
