What do you think

 

If increased activity from DNT users posting results in more traffic, resulting in more users/activity then it solves the problem of the site declining. That's worth more than a few upset members when you look at the big picture.

Seeing scammers getting roasted is kinda entertaining as well.

 

As illustrated in my post it is a very short term solution to a long term problem and in the future will likely actually cost us members. Let's not forget that with college courses soon starting and younger members going back to school as well, activity is going to drop anyways and we'll need every active member we can get. Trading scammers/undesirables for active and valued community members, which we've already seen happen, isn't the way to go about things.

Also while it may be entertaining to see scammers getting flamed, notice it's not bringing them any closer to paying back a single dime... so?

 

@Sythe if you're looking for a Runescape Mod lemme know. =D

I don't like DNT for people with unpaid debts either but my opinion isn't going to change anything at this point so I may as well see how it plays out.

 

The boys in skype say I'd be a good Runescape Mod. I doubt it but hell it worth a shot

 

Do you, but I prefer not to just go along with something that I recognize as being a terrible idea.

 

Sythe has kept such a stance for so long. It's earned the website a weird reputation among other forums. Hell it's even openly laughed at A LOT. I'm cool with letting big rich try something new. Give the guy credit he did create the biggest virtual game trading platform.

 

New things don't always have to be terrible ideas, there were quite a few other suggestions for general improvement of the website and community, some of which I recall were said to be in development while others were ignored, yet none of them seem to be taking place now while Richard is fully invested in this DNT joke.

 

I respect his eagerness to express his hatred for DNT members. It shows that he gives a shit about something where all this rage quitters only care about their egos.

I agree with you though, this is the most active I've been in a while but then again spam forums usually great when there's a lot of controversy with changes and the way it is beig handled.

The good old days, I still remember having fun with my pictures on here. I always found it funny that people would talk shit but never post their own images. I miss the old spam forum but I dont mind the current one. The last 3 years were garbage as fuck.
