40-50 Attack, Strength and Defence
Well the xp at the monks is getting a bit slow now so I suggest going to a better training spot one of my favourites is the deadly red spiders because they have good HP and they are agresive so they will queue up to have a go against you or if you have already become free to play I sugest the rock crabs

Edit that out, Add some color and you have a 10/10 Guide there
