So what does the attack bonus mean? What does stab slash crush mean? Does the negative magic mean I'll take more magic damage? Does the negative range means I'll get hit more if someone is ranging me?

Defence bonus; slash is the higher (220) does that mean I'll get higher if someone used slash in a weapon againts me? and magic is +0, What does that mean? range is +202 what does that mean too?

And what does other bonuses mean?

With money, you can buy an amulet of fury.

    From quests, you can get:
    Helm of Neitiznot
    Barrows Gloves

From minigames, you can get (People on Sythe do these for 07 gold, which you can buy):
    Rune/dragon defender
    Fire Cape
    Fighter Torso

And also, how do I know which weapon is best to train a certain combat skill (for example strength) if I want to compare saradomin sword to dragon scimitar, at which section do I look? Other bonuses or attack bonuses?

Each weapon has different types of attacks: Stab, slash, or crush.
Each armor has different defenses against those types of attacks.

On your combat style tab, you can see the type of attacks you are dealing. All other attack stats are irrelevant for you unless you switch weapons.

The higher the "attack bonus" you have, the higher chance you have to not hit a 0
The higher the "defence bonus" you have, the higher chance someone will hit a 0 on you.
The higher the "strength bonus" you have, the higher you can hit on someone.

For training, the most important stat is Strength bonus. After that, it's your relevant attack bonus.

So does these stab/slash/crush only work against monsters?

Can I like camp crush and get it to say 300 and start hitting high on players?

Your weapon gives you a majority of the bonus, you can only get so much from other pieces of armor. That's accuracy, which determines how often you hit 0s. To hit HIGH, you need Strength bonus. Many people who try to kill other players get as much strength bonus as possible to hit as high as they can in attempts to K0 their opponent.

These values do the same thing against monsters and players.

So what's best to train strength? I keep getting different answers man...

    Sara sword
    Abyssal dagger
    Bludgeon

And if I'm looking to train strength, do I have to look for the one having the highest "other bonuses; strength" or the one having higher "attack bonus"?

Just to add on to what has been said so far, under the attack sections the negative bonuses to range/magic just mean if you used a range/magic attack while wearing that gear you will most likely hit 0's.

For the defense bonus, the greater the number of bonus means the player will less likely hit as often on you. So someone using a 'slash' weapon won't hit as frequently as someone using a 'crush' weapon (mace, battle axe, Dharok's axe, etc). But the +/-13 difference between the two is negligible.

Your best bet to train particular skills would be the dragon scimitar, the saradomin sword is nice as well it just will hit a bit slower. The dragon scimitar has a base strength bonus of +62, the saradomin sword has a base strength bonus of +82, which if you were to equip it now with your gear would put your total strength bonus at +104.

You can try out the sara sword and see if you would like it, but based on price, attack speed and overall effectiveness just stick with the dragon scimitar for now.

Edit: Ignore what I said about attack speed, PureAddiction is right. They have the same attack speed.

Dragon Scimitar and Sara Sword have the same attack speed.
Bludgeon is by far the best training weapon for strength, and Abyssal whip/dragon defender is the beast for training attack/defence.

Oh yes you're right, I don't know why I was thinking of the Sara GS in this instance. Thanks for the correction.
