Give out trade with caution more often?

I have seen people on user services being accused of scamming 5x times or more and they don't even get a TWC rank?
I perfect example is Mithril_Ore who scammed a lot of people and was finally banned but not after scamming quiet a bit of people.

Another one is heartless child who has quite a bit of people saying he is a scamemr yet not even a twc rank?

I seriously doubt all these people have grudges. I suggest given out the TWC rank more often to force them to use an Official MM so they don't go around scamming people.

 

Unless the accusations are backed with proof, they are groundless.

 

If they were backed with proof then they would be banned. I thought that was the point of a TWC rank to warn people about them.

 

This is just sad you allow Heartless Child to keep scamming ppl wtf?? Not even a trade with caution.

This is seriously pissing me off he doesn't even get a TWC and you go an bann people like The Main Man because he was trying to sell a scam guide which doesn't mean he scammed anyone but you allow scammers to roam arround that are actually scamming people.

The TwC rank is useless. You can't sit on the fence on whether someone is a scammer or not. You are innocent until proven guilty here. You can't say " Trade with caution with this guy, he seems like a scammer" thats bullshit. If there was enough proof for them to have the rank then they should be banned.

 

Thats a bullshit policy theres a lot of members that come here and know nothing about taking screenshots or don't even bother too. Im not saying go around and say oh I think hes a scammer TWc him.

Well you can't just assume someone is a scammer because there are reports against them. Shit, what if people did that to me? i shouldn't merit a TwC. If theres enough proof for a TwC then theres enough proof for a ban. If they don't take screenshots, tough. Take screenshots if your worried!

 

TwC's are usually given to people that request them. If 10 people say, "omg t0wn scme mi 500m omfg nub" then I wouldn't be banned or get a TwC. If people read stickies as well as the rules on taking screen shots of the trade, etc, then things like this would be so much easier.

 

First of all ryan you wouldn't get one because most people that call you a scammer get scammed by an imposter. In which the people that report you think its you but when asked the msn they give out a wrong one.

Town I don't ever see you in the black martket so I doubt you would be accused of anything.

But hey w/e apparently yall are against doing a lil bit more to stop scammers -.-

 

Half agree, you should be smart enough to catch 'stealers', there's plenty of guides in the Black Market which can help you.

 

Yea i really dont get the TwC thing.. If you have proof against you that you scammed then your gonna get banned. IF you have no proof the person cant get a TwC...

 

I wonder why that is. Is it just so they have a rank, or that just don't want to seem trustworthy?

 

if there is any chance of the person being a scammer they should receive the rank, because you cant just ban someone for being suspicious but you shouldn't let them go free either
