    Under developed forearms

Okay so I was not blessed with good genetics and have always had under developed forearms and I need advice as no matter what I do they just don't seem to grow, even during the steroid cycle I did, I had forearms as the main muscle group that I wanted to improve the most, however, that did not happen as I didn't even get an inch more on them, more like 3/4 which is crappy considering how much everything else grew. I do deadlifts, hammer curls, I use fat gripz and these all give me a good pump in my forearms but not much in size it seems, I completely raped them 2x a week when I was on the cycle along with everything else but yeah I hate my forearms and how they look, I guess I will use this as a progress thread as well so will probably post pictures monthly or whenever I see some progress, it almost bugs me to the extent that I dont like to walk with a t shirt showing my scrawny ass forearms.

Last time I measured my forearms they were a measly 12,6 inches at their widest point, I would be very happy with 16-18 inch forearms so that is what I am aiming for, if I can get up to 15 inches in a year from now Id be quite happy with that. My arms are quite long so it looks even worse. Right now the difference is over 4 inches between my forearm size and bicep/arm size so the proportion isnt just there, just looks bad as fuck.

Hit me up if you got some good advice relating this issue.

I'd be interested in doing a diet/workout plan for you at a good cost. We could chat on skype etc, and I could show you my physique.

You mentioned doing deads, hammer curls and the like... Have you tried doing forearm curls for literal isolation of the muscle? Short of prolonged isolation for the muscle there's not really a lot that can be done at least that I know of.

Also, I'm no expert but I'd really recommend some heavygrips or something similar. During your regular daily activities you can just work on your grip/forearms.

Pm me your skype as this could be something I might be interested in.

I just started doing these, but man let me tell you forearms seem to be a bitch to add size to unless you already have good forearms, what do you personally do and how often you hit them?

I simply do hammer curls as my forearms seem to be relatively well off. I'm by no means huge though, 16-18 inch forearms are crazy though you might hit a limit before reaching this.

Ya, you are definitely right about hitting a limit, we got some vitamin S to help us along the way, starting next cycle in november. Gripping strength is useful for so many things in life as well, and lucky you, I was I was in that situation where they'd be well trained.

Toss out the steroids and do forearm curls at the end of your workout if you're doing arms. Don't expect your forearms to get huge the next day, week, or month, it will take time. I've seen progress over the course of 3 months, and that's me forgetting to do it sometimes.

Do you know how retarded having 16-18 inch forearms would look on your 16 inch arms?
