Spyware..is it as bad as i think?

Ok..well I'll admit I'm stupid i got the iq of a 3rd grader and i need help..

I saw a popup come up on www.tip.it/runscape and clicked it and downloaded a free screensaver(sea storm) it has added spyware a virus called"info stealer" i dont know how to delete the spyware if possible or delete all the cookies etc..my nortan anti virus has expired on this computer and i need a antivirus program to delete it..

I need some1 to slowly walk me through how to get a free antivirus program that works.. and delete spyware I'm sick of pking and fucking britney spears pop ups come up...PLEASE HELP

If thats not good enough then I'm surprised you managed to load Windows.

 

yeah seriously if you have a anti spyware or anti virus you should be fine, run a FULL scan and try and find its location and delete it.
