How much is PS4 Overwatch boosting worth?

I've noticed a few people in that section have inquired about Xbox One boosting, but I've yet to see any PS4 threads.

I do however run into a lot of people abusing the underdog system as I climb higher into the rankings, so I assume it is indeed a thing.

I'm simply curious as to how much OW levels are actually worth. Some PC boosting sites you can find on google have absolutely exorbitant prices; does anyone have an opinion on how much PS4 levels are worth?

I would imagine levels between 1-30, 30-40, 40-50, 50-60, 60-70, 70-80, 80+ would all have slightly varying prices (perhaps combine 30-50 or something).

Also, any opinion on how much duo queue with voice communication and advice would be worth? I'd imagine a lot of lower leveled or lower ranked players would like to queue up with someone that consistently "carries", gets several gold medals, and/or has a high impact on the match.
