Is the "Price Checks" section dead?

I recently posted my own request in there earlier, but this isn't about that. I realize it can take a while to get a response. What I am talking about is all the threads posted before mine. There are quite a few that only have replies because they OP is bumping them.

Maybe the section could use some kind of revamp? Or merge it with something else? I don't know how you guys usually deal with sections turning into ghost towns.

Because they no longer give post count in that section, not many people are interested because they dont really get anything to gain from it tbh

 

I mean, I know I'm not staff or anything but if its that dead wouldnt it be best to move it into a sub-section or something? Instead of it having its own primary location. Just a thought.

edit: maybe this should be moved to the "suggestions" section, if a mod would be so kind.

 

I don't know why it doesn't give postcount honestly, maybe it should be changed back to give it some new life.

I think people might refrain from posting in there because they don't think they can give a good enough range of a price check or aren't familiar with what aspects make an account worth more or how much they generally go for.

But I feel if post count was enabled there then people might just post "*m" with no explanation why. Maybe enable post count but have rules in place that lead to warnings/infractions if not followed? like explaining why you have stated that price

 

Fear not @Forever as I, the one and only Buyacc, has just put the Price Section on 'Watch', which means that I will get a notification whenever someone posts a new thread which I in turn can give me professional price check on.
