because i go downstairs and get the presents then start putting them under the tree, that's how i know he isn't real

No, there is no way to prove that he doesn't exist. You can disprove that he does not exist, since that is just proving that he exists, which could easily be done by finding him. To prove that he doesn't exist, you would have to be everywhere at all times looking for him, which you can't.

if santa was real and nobody has ever seen him then how would he get food or raw material for his elves especially because hes supposedly in the north pole were most companies wouldnt go and also how would he make money.

You can't disprove him. However, you can disprove that "he" delivers presents and that he resides in the North Pole. Its like god.

There's no way in proving if santa exists. It's the same as if god exists. But here's the thing: What if someone was born and was given the name Santa Claus? That would mean "Santa Claus" exists right?

Anyhow, you cannot prove something doesn't exist. The thing is, unlike God (since some atheists stumbled in here and brought Him up), we have no reason to believe any person like that would exist. But we have a very valid reason to believe a creator exists: we exist!

 

There's no proof he is real, so therefore he is fake.
