Anything you weren't banned for but want to confess to now: Yes, I did not want to pay him for a few reasons..
1. I had already paid 43m to [$200 Donator] Elysian - Reliable Graphics
Which he had stated if anything went wrong with the Dispute me and wolf had he would pay a certain amount back to me. I have contacted
Him but no response yet. Screenshot As shown in the picture he stated he would pay some back.
2. He didn't complete the job given because of his " fixed canvas size "
3. He was asking for 25m in return for the signatures when the total for the 2 signatures and layout was 31m...
Thats almost full price for both the two signatures and the thread layout.. Screenshot As shown in the picture
The two sigs would only cost would be $16.743 USD. His quote of 25m is quite out of range.
4. He said he would complete full job at beginning of work and then when when he was done with the two signatures he said he couldnt
because of his " fixed canvas size "..
Why not state you have a fixed canvas size before starting to let the customer know?
Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you: I asked him for 2 signatures and a thread layout. He created the two signatures but not the thread layout because of his " fixed canvas size " i didn't want to pay because i had already bought 43m worth of signatures/layout off of another user who said he would refund some if i ever got banned.. I really did not think i had to pay him 25m for an incomplete job. When the two signatures only costs $16 USD.. 25m is more than $16 and he didn't even complete the order.

I would like this linked please as i forgot the main reason for the dispute.. Going against xWolfade Terms of Service.

xWolfade Had Terms of service that indicated i could not go to another graphic artist during the order, I figured since the order wasn't getting completed i was going to go to another one and get it completed.. which i eventually did i went to [$200 Donator] Elysian - Reliable Graphics Run by a Sythe user named Leaf of Life Me and xWolfade had a dispute over this matter because it clearly states in his terms of service as seen on his page Wolf Designs | Cheap Sythe Designer | Will compete against other prices. i cannot go to another graphic artist. However he was not completing the full order. So a means of miscommunication is there and it so happened that it led to these events that took place. Which also led to a whole bunch of bickering and name calling which was very unprofessional on both parties side. I am willing to refund the necessary amount for the Signatures if given the opportunity. Or if there is a totally new view to the matter and i don't have to pay that would be even better cause i did spend 43m already on two sigs/thread layout. That the user Leaf of Life said he would refund a certain amount if this so happened went to a dispute/Scam report.
