That's a private server, just they worked on the kq place.

It's fake, no one in runescape can hit that high, besides an jagex mod, which they do not have a gold crown, so there fore it is an private server.

it also has skill capes, updated prayer book, and p-servers hit like 10x faster and too... so... it cant be a private server

 

that new dagger they have if you have 99 strength and pot you can hit quite high with it. its ment to kill them very easy.

That is not a private server.. I've done alot of research on private servers.. The capes and stuff are not included in moparscape.

 

some guy was making a p server so it looks just like the real RS like a month ago. maybe he abondoned it or these guys are useing it

 

Its not a private server they dont have new java designed skill cape and they especially dont have the specbar working yet . THIS IS REAL RUNESCAPE.

I heard it's done by casting vengeance other on the monster and it somehow causes a glitch, I can't test because I don't have vengeance other.

Alright so what you want to do is get Vengnace before you attack the NPC...once you attack the NPC you can hit exteremely high!! How does this work? It is an Error in Jagex's coding. The video below is of people doing it and they are hitting 250's on the KQ!

i have had alot of experience with private servers, i have my own, and it is almost impossible to get "real" skillcapes on a server and it would take a real jagex programmer to actually make the kq look the way it did

i think its that "not so new" dagger (forgot the name) that they are using, they are super potted and have maxed out str and att so its kinda possible once you think about it
