Is it worth buying?

So what are your guys thoughts on this game? Is it worth buying or nah?

 

Looks terrible so far. I'd pass.

 

Played it for about 7 hours after it came out, I find it kinda interesting just cause of the fact that you dont know what's in the center of the universe. But to be honest, I don't think its worth $60

$80 here in Canada. Makes it even better for me.

 

I played it for about 8-10 hours today, I enjoyed it. It's not worth the $60 price tag, and was considerably overhyped, but the game is far from horrible.

I'd recommend picking it up after prices drop if this type of game is something that interests you.

Personally speaking, this isn't my type of game but even that fact aside I had fun with it for quite some time and may very well likely continue putting some time into it.

 

It's a very interesting game, but you're all alone. I suppose if you're an Ironman you'd like it hahaha. Jokes aside, like others said it's overpriced.

 

The problem I have with the game is the developers were very misleading about what the game would be, such as the multiplayer factor. Two people on stream went to the same planet and the same location and couldn't see each other. It was night for one and day for the other player. That could just be due to different servers though.

Like others have said, it was completely hyped to no end. The one positive I have is the sheer size of the game and the potential it could have had, it just had poor execution.

 

After watching a video of someone reaching the center of the galaxy, I wish i could refund it now T_T

 

I bought it a week after the release so I got to play it after the stability update. Not worth 60$ in its current form but I got a good 10 hours worth of fun from it.

 

It's repetitive and gets boring fast. Definitely not worth its value.

 

I mean it looks nice/interesting, but as a game its boring as said.

 

its def not worth the expensive price tag. its multiplayer doesnt work. its solitude playing and easily mod-able. Devs cant even control the modding thats going, so they are claiming to provide dev tools as a shortcut

 

Honestly when it first got announced I was so hyped for the game, but recently I've been playing it round my friends and watching streams and can definitely say it's been a bit of a let down for me and I don't think it's worth the price it is so far, so glad I didn't buy it probably just going to wait for it to crash in price before picking it up.

 

I would pass a friend got it and said its so bad.

 

Not worth it, its shit

 

No real gameplay. Regret buying it, would not recommend.
