Actually, i read an interview, and he said he lives in New York City, has children, and has a job, and plays 5 hours per day..

The topic maker got a valid point. It could be a bot account (not that it walks around randomly)

The account can be controlled by JagEx Mods and they can talk to players while "playing it"

The exp can come as they can tweak it whenever they want.

Reason? Motivation which is = money!

Not just him but "few" ppl could be actually JagEx's chars.

Take school for example. If the teacher got a dumb class, then the teacher usually makes easy tests or bell-curve the marks. All this is to motivate the pupil. Not just because they are dumb as in real dumb but because they are not in the top 10% (doesn't mean they should do the hard ass exams others are doing)

i saw this supposed "interview with zezima" in tip.it...idk if it was legit becuse like how could they find this dude? lol...i guess zezima is his last name. not like any last name ive ever heard of.
