I just want to use this post to introduce myself and ask for some help. Ive been on/off with runescape and have played legit up to now. i played css and after playing with some decent euro teams decided to quit and just focus on runescape and more specifically using SCAR.

I keep on getting errors and have put all the plugins specified, im using SCAR 3.06 and have downloadd all the SLR plugins. My question are:
1- Should i upgrade/downgrade software?
2- WTF are includes?
3- What should I do?

THe SRL is an include, it is a compilation of procedures made by other people that can be included in your script simply by declaring it as an include.

Say exactly what error you are having.

 

It varies but they are are always errors followed by a number of the line where the error is. For example, Im trying to use a woodcutter but i keep getting errors. Could it have been intended for an older version? An example error:
Failed when compiling
Line 310: [Error] (315:7): Unknown identifier 'DetectRS2MinimapCompassAngle' in script C:\Program Files\SCAR 3.06\includes\squig.txt

this is from using a cheat pack i downloaded.
Does anyone have any advice, or alternative woodcutters for me (SCAR 3.06 with new SLR updates). Is it possible I should downgrade my SCAr to 2.03?

 

Get a new script, that one is extremely old.

Ive just tried draynor oak banker - got error:
Failed when compiling
Line 384: [Error] (15380:1): Unknown identifier 'ClickItemColorTol' in script C:\DOCUME~1\Admin\LOCALS~1\Temp\Rar$DI05.922\Draynor Oak Banker Final.scar

 

Use Scar 2.03 from www.freddy1990.com and SRL 3.6b from http://rapidshare.com/files/14478545/PowerSkills_and_SRL.rar for that script.

Line 871: [Error] (6753:11): Unknown identifier 'FindColorCircleD' in script C:\Program Files\SCAR 2.03\includes\srl\srl\core\Color.scar

sigh cant get any to work, help would be appreciated

 

You installed the plugins wrong. Install the SRL again or just replace your plugins folder with the SRL one in the download.

 

EDIT: ok i undertsand, but now i get

although i got it working a bit in falador (lol)

 

Use { and } to surround all of the players you don't use in the DeclarePlayers procedure.
