Buying 104+ > 85 Mage > Good str

Title says it all to be honest, im offering up to 14m on this.

I want it to have a decent str level and also a decent attack level, defence +45 or 70 but not too high please. Around 52 prayer. 85 mage is a need for the account but dont be afraid to post pictures as im willing to haggle.
