[Requesting Lock] Blindcubefreak threatening/blackmailing

You've been siping names in your hiatus from Sythe. I was being patient in compiling the information to report you, but you'll still get away with sniping because of these loose rules. Jane and I are friends. There's no doubt about that. I like hanging out with Jane ingame.

I'm not sending anymore replies because when Dunworry sees this, he will use his best judgment.

If Lucius has Joker as blindcubefreak has mentioned (he is selling a name for 3b+ rs3) I can easily provide proof he sniped that name from Calllum (who took it off an account I put it on that he sold to me which I made clear in my report against Calllum.

Okay then what about Jupiter? I know Glare sold that name to someone who tried to transfer it a 2nd time I believe and it got sniped. Uranus was also sold by Glare and the person that bought it had it sniped from them almost immediately after purchase. Do you have proof of purchase of these names? Glare sold you Earth so you obviously like planet names and I'm sure you knew of his other planet names as well. If you have some sort of proof of these being purchased then I'll apologize for accusing you but I'd like to see it

 

Don't jump on Carter's bandwagon, please. He's accusing me of owning many names of which I do not, and it's ridiculous how somebody could be convinced that I do just because of his ridiculous allegations and providing no evidence.

All ik about Jupiter is that Glare told me it wasn't sniped (maybe 2-3 months ago he said this)
And Uranus was sold by Glare, sniped by Ryan, sold by Ryan, recovered by Ryan, sold by Ryan and now looks like it's either been sniped or is on a newly made acc

Not trying to jump on anybodies side here but it appears you keep denying about owning Uranus/Jupiter so it should be necessary in this case that you show proof of what these RSNs are to the mod handling this report. Honestly I think it's pretty obvious that "Uranus" is "A name ryan wants to snipe very badly" (it was his old name, and was sniped from him recently as told by multiple sources) and "Jupiter" is a planet name as well which makes them perfect 'ed8' names, so it's obvious in this case that you're blatantly lying and you actually own these names. Please excuse me if i'm wrong about this, it's just that a little proof from your side rather than Carter's would be nice.

Also not to butt into this drama/throw random accusations w/o proof but i've heard from multiple sources that Lucius/Bonesack/others have a secret butt buddy sniping group going on. In addition to this, I just so happened a week or two ago to spot "Jupiter" "Uranus" and "Dragonite" circling eachother in-game on W42. Dragonite is actually owned by Bonesack not Lucius according to one of my customers who were buying it today and is also as Carter stated a sniped/hacked name.

Funny enough, Bonesack quotes him right after stating he has no proof of it being hacked/sniped according to the new standards regarding name sales, but now less than a month later owns the name and is actively selling it. So if the above stated is true and Lucius does own Uranus/Jupiter then there's some really sketchy shit going on here.​

 

I've no comments regarding the original report so I wasn't going to chime in. I did see in the OP blindcubefreak stated to Lucius that "Dragonite was likely sniped" but to be honest what anyone says in private regarding any of my names is irrelevant so I wasn't going to comment; only if he made public accusations would I then address the issue. But now that I have been mentioned specifically as well as my name I will give my side of the story. I had the following private conversation with the user Be Victorious after we had our public conversation on the Name Request Thread which Josh quoted one of the posts above from:

As you can see I assisted him with recovering the name. I never heard from him again so I assumed the recovery request wasn't successful, as he said "if i get it back il give you something" which would warrant a message back if he did so to discuss my compensation for my assistance. I had my suspicions he was bullshitting about being the original owner but I had no problem helping him as there was no reason not to help out a fellow Sythe member. I had the name added in game because I wanted to keep an eye on it as I am a big Pokemon fan and from checking on it daily it I saw it hadn't been recovered so my assumption he didn't recover it based on not hearing from him again was true. I saw it come online some time after this and I discussed with the person who was in possession of it about a possible sale. They claimed that they purchased it legitimately from a private seller on a site not related to Sythe and I had no reason to not believe them at the time. I deemed the name safe and then purchased it, as they offered it to me for an exceptional price. I waited a bit over 2 weeks before listing publicly as I wanted to make sure the name was secure, as most sellers will do. There would be no point in listing it if I believed there was a chance anything could happen to it (recovery, etc).

 

Not entirely sure why @Bonesack is getting dragged into this... Yes he's a friend of mine, and yes we do business together but I fail to see how that gives Josh the idea that Bonesack and I are running some sort of top-secret scamming/hacking operation from the underground...
And I'm not calling @Joshuaag1234 a liar here, but where exactly did you hear these "rumours"? And if you did in fact see those three sniped names together in game, you 100% would have screenshotted it so I'm not buying that part.

Last and certainly not least; I have no obligations to reveal my names to anybody whatsoever, and I'd only do so to somebody incredibly trusted (AKA Dunworry), certainly not a pardoned mass-ban evader like Josh.

 

First off I have never pardoned for anything or ban evaded, so i'm not sure why you're trying to defame me. Yes i've had a TWC before but it was removed within a week.
I'm not asking you to release your RSNs to me, i'm just finding it completely preposterous that you're claiming that "Uranus" and "Jupiter" aren't yours when the hints and the amount of characters in the hints directly line up with those RSNs. Again, please correct me if i'm wrong. Instead of going on a rage rant and throwing random accusations and saying I have no proof, I was expecting you to at the very least to PM Dunworry and show him that those names are in fact not yours and then post saying that you have done so.

Not sure why you're trying to deny something that you personally took part in but this would've been before you posted your new thread with your new batch of freshly sniped names and before Carter messaged me saying that you're the owner of these RSNs and at the same time telling me that you're apparently some at large lowkey sniper who works with the likes of other snipers. I assumed when I saw "Uranus" "Jupiter" and "Dragonite" in-game that they were the regular name sniping skids such as Ryan/Jeremy/others so there was no reason to screenshot anything in this case. I'll let you lie on this part though, as I stated in my original post i'd just like to see Dunworry confirm that the names you have listed on your thread (Not sure why you removed them btw) aren't "Uranus" and "Jupiter". And if they are, i'm not sure why you lied but simply providing proof of purchase or something of that matter is enough to say that you haven't sniped these names and therefore no action should be taken against you.

If what you're saying is true (Most of what I had stated in my original post was just hearsay) then I apologize for any remarks made against you but proof of purchase for this RSN would be nice. I understand that you may have really wanted the name, but I'm not seeing how someone posts/privately messages you saying the RSN is hacked and then you proceed to buy it less than a month later. (If you did actually purchase it that is).

 

this has nothing to do with this post but blindcube was selling a 2 digit name and he was hacked on sythe and lost it, but then a few days later hes back and still bumping the same thread and selling the name 2 digit name? i don't see how this is possible if he was hacked and lost the name.

I recovered the name. Names can be recovered similar to accounts. He got the email change link through a Sythe pm that I sent to the middleman during the trade because he had my password to my Sythe account.

 

so you recovered the name lol? if you sold the whole account instead of changing the name you had full intentions to recover the name anyways even if you never got scammed/hacked

 

Untrue. I didn't get the money he said that he would pay. You didn't witness what went on during that trade.

Because I'm not taking responsibility for snipes. Lots of people sell names on the account so they don't have to worry about it. Especially with a name of that caliber.
