New To User Education? Read This!

RULES!​

1. Any persons who are involved in leaking any information that is hidden from normal users will automatically lose their position appointed, and be denied any and all chances of regaining said position. Depending on the severity of the crime, said persons accused of leaking may be reported to Sythe Administration.


2. A designated area to determine activity of User Educator's has been pre-assigned. All User Educators are required to post in said area to ensure that they are not inactive. Any person having gone 2 weeks without a post shall be demoted, unless the person has given prior information of a vacation or leave. At which point, said person is granted a week after their informed return time in which they must post. Failure to do so will result in a demotion. Those found inactive will not be considered for User Education until 1 month after their demotion occured.


3. User Educator is a person who educates a said user, in this case the educating of sythe. There is nothing more to User Education than increasing the intelligence that goes around. No member of User Education is immune to any rule that Sythe's forums have laid down. Should you be found breaking any rule, you will have to suffer the consequences of your actions, or dispute them on your own.


4. User Education is based soley on the idea of raising the intelligence of Sythe, and as such it is a User Educator's duty to uphold that intelligence. Any person appointed a User Educator rank, or similar rank, must use complete intelligence when on Sythe, or talking with Sythe users. This includes using proper Grammar, Mechanics, and overall Smarts whenever you post or speak. A user found to have broken these rules will be suggested for / blackmarked.


5. These rules are put here to ensure that all User Educators are on task and working as a whole. At any time, the Head User Educators may change these rules, add new ones, or get rid of the current ones. Any change made to these rules by said Head User Educators are immediately enforced when the change occurs. Should any Head User Educator feel that you have done something wrong, but it is not mentioned in the rules, they possess full rights to change any rule to suit the situation or rule they felt was broken.


6. The immaturity rule. There is no longer a tolerance for any childish behavior whilst possessing the User Education or higher rank. Should any Educator be found to be acting immature, or unorthodox in any sense of the word, they will be approached and asked to desist all of any said action. Should the Educator continue breaking said rule, they may be put up for demotion. This includes, but is not limited to: Pestering, Flaming, Not Following Instructions, etc...


7. Application Voting is a very serious process, and is seen as a very important task. Voting should not be taken lightly when considering who shall be accepted or denied. When voting, you should ALWAYS read the guide carefully, as there may be mistakes, or errors in the persons knowledge, of which they should be corrected. Should any User Educator be found to not give a valid reason while voting (which means you are no longer permited to simply vote) will be approached, and asked to change their answer. Should they not comply, the vote will be discounted.


8. User Education Applications are incredibly important to the User Education team. You, as the deciding factor, should take as much time as you can to look over, and comment the various Applications. If you do not have time to do such, you are required to vote in at least 2 applications a week (depending on the number of applications). Any User Educator who does not vote, and does not participate in User Education will be recommended for demotion.
