Looking for rather low combat with max out, it can be range mage strength or attack, some ideal acc stats I would run for:

att: 75
str: 99
def: 40
prayer:1
range:1
mage:1 (or high)
hp: whatever it would be

or a pure or hybrid with 99 mage or range...

I can pay in mils or e-gold ($2/mil value)

done fremmy trials

 

he hits 31s on rune with scimmy when using str mith gloves or combat bracelet rune defender torso berzerker helm climbing boots d scimmy str bonus 96
