Note- He is muted, with 18 blackmarks. I got nine for advertising, and then another nine for the same reason.

Hmm, that picture of the no pending recovery's just means that there are none currently being set ( you know the ones that take 14 days to set). So that doesn't mean there aren't any because you can't cancel ones that are already set at that part of the site.

Btw, if you get the truly unset my bid is 400k.
