Buying an account that is banned.

Yea, kinda a very odd offer, but I want a bunch of accounts that are banned for various things that include:
Offensive language
Macroing
Real world item trading
Multi logging
Website adverting

Yea, the more offences the better, I will pay 2k per offense on it (if there are 10 offensive languages I will give you 20k).
I want to test my ban appeals.
Requirements:
If I get it unbanned, I will sell the account back to you (if you wish) for the same amount you bought it for, I don't play runescape .
Either we use an official MM or you go first.
THE ACCOUNT MUST BE A LOW LEVEL, NOTHING HIGHER THAN LEVEL 20!. This is because Jagex usually hunts low levels for being offensive. However if you have a higher level account, I guess I can work something out. Note: If I waste your appeals and it gets banned, it's not my fault, and the account WILL be mine. I AM BUYING THESE ACCOUNTS, I AM NOT JUST TESTING STUFF, SO IF YOU HAVE A GOOD ACCOUNT AND YOU WANT IT UNBANNED, DON'T COME HERE. I WANT ACCOUNTS YOU DON'T CARE ABOUT!
