Do paypal take legal action?

they can charge a lawsuit.

 

paypal just rights it off as a loss they dont spend money on attorneys to send you a letter plus if you are in the u.s it is actually impossible for them to enter any legal or binding contract with a minor

 

I wonder if they would be able to sue me when i do the same think... coz my ISP is kinda cool and they wont release
any personal information about there customers... but i don't know if i should risk it because i wont be able to go in the army
if i have black marks.
