Is wallie-card selling aloud?

hi, i'm from belgium and I would like to help people out by getting them a memberpin. In belgium it is only possible by VISA or wallie-card. VISA is to dangerous so I would like to sell wallie pins.

First of all
- is it aloud to sell them?

And if it is aloud, how to sell? because 1 wallie-card is 30 days memb and 15 inactive member days. Only when u activate a 2nd wallie card u get 30 + 30 days.
So 1 wallie card = 30 days
2 wallie cards = 90 days..

Yes its alloud because with wallie you dont get any info about the account.
And if you sell i would like to buy one.
