    Due to a constant work schedule I've been slacking working 15-17 hour days, they've died down to 13 hour days sooo back to the gym.

    Need someone willing to write up a spreadsheet/tabled weekly workout schedule. No bullshit straight off of google please, and know what you're talking about.

    Should I start to see an increase in progress outside of what I've already been doing I'll definitely compensate you for your efforts.

    You're the only one who is going to get yourself buff. I would recommend starting with a nice full body workout split three times a week and do two rounds of HIIT training (high intensity interval) of at least 10 minutes and 20 minutes of MISS (moderate intensity steady state) cardio on the off days. What is your age/height/weight? You will need to establish a steady metabolism either for cutting or gaining. I would recommend cutting before any bulking program simply because of the efforts associated with cutting.

    what works for me might not work for you so you gotta find something yourself that works best for you, if you're willing to do whatever it takes just load up the syringe, youll get the steroids cheaper than the supplements you use and they work way better.

    I would highly advise against taking this advice. If you're a starter, don't ever juice until you've hit the wall. This dude has no idea what he's talking about, and I'm sure that that's why he has to result to juicing. Nothing necessarily wrong with it if you know what you're doing.

    Play your metabolism by ear. Use natural growth hormone from doing heavy compound lifts like deadlift, squat, and bench press. Add variation by doing a heavy day with low reps and a light day with high reps (20-30 range).

    Why do you assume I have no idea why I am talking about? I have spent years reading about health in general. I went on steroids because it was a personal project, always wanted to see what would happen when you mix in some hormones, I also spent several hundred hours reading about steroid usage, it is much safer that what you all think, there is a great documentary with Dorian yates I believe, he had been on the harshest steroids for 12 years yet he had better liver values than a guy who had been eating Mcdonalds for 2 weeks 3x a day, I don't know what world you live in among others thinking it's okay to be a fat fuck but if you use steroids you're a horrible person. Anyway, steroids are cheaper than these bullshit supplements and are guaranteed to work. If you wanna be all natural that is fine, got much respect for you, not everyone is willing to try steroids, in fact I wouldn't have went on them if my testosterone levels wouldn't have been so low.

    It is quite common for even the avg gym goes to use steroids these days but in the end its your choice.

    You're recommending somebody who is just attempting to get back into the gym to hop onto steroids. You don't seem to realize that your body adapts to everything you put in it, and that starting off he will be dependent upon it. The only supplements I would recommend for starting are fish oil and a good multivitamin. Nobody said steroids are bad, and either is being fat. I frown upon steroids because I have competed in natural competition where people do juice and easily pass their polygraphs beforehand. Recommending this to somebody who is starting is nonsense and just shows your inexperience. I'm glad you've seen results, but look at it from a natural standpoint of somebody just starting.

    I'm sorry to have so many replies to your thread. I would like to help you as much as possible and provide you with information I've learned over the years which has brought me success. I did not have many resources when starting and although I seem like a know-it-all currently, I wish to share any knowledge I can. If you read my post, I said natural GH, so please don't accuse me of juicing. Natural GH is released when you do heavy compound movements such as squat or deadlift. These are required for growth. So please don't flame me for shedding light on information many beginners are unaware of.

    5'9 205 is overweight unless you are body builder-tier. You probably need cardio, not weights.

    Lol, you'll also lose ALL your gains after steroids if you have no idea what you're doing. That being said, even if he were on steroids, it wouldn't do jack shit for him if he didn't have his diet in check. People seem to think steroids are the magic pill, when in reality, they only work for you if you have your diet/training in check.

    A good PCT while training and keeping your diet good it won't be a problem, however if you drop the training or the food you'll lose the gains very quickly. I myself wouldn't go on a cycle or use any foreign substances without doing research, and steroids are almost like a magic pill, even with a shitty diet you will put muscle on, of course it depends on how elite you are but I am talking about the average gym goers like ourselves.

    I would tend to agree with this. I'd recommend cardio and higher intensity training rather than lifting heavy at the gym but in the end it is whatever you want to achieve out of working out.

    you should also lift while doing cardio, you wanna build a nice solid foundation as you drop bodyfat too so you don't look super skinny

    Go natty all the way like you said don't mess with roids it's the easy way out and you don't want bitch tits the first step is creating a healthy meal prep and following though with it are you wanting to lean down or bulk up ? Next is working out of course I could help make a meal plan I've bulked up cut multiple times

    Forgot to mention too finding the amount of calories your body needs each day to hit your desired needs and how much protein, carbs and healthy fats to take in aswell

    Although I agree that natural is the way to go, I have to state that not everyone gets gynocomastia from steroid use. If he knew what he were doing, used a aromatase inhibitor and anti-estrogen like clomid or nolvadex, then that should be enough to prevent gyno and even reverse mild gyno thats merely forming.

    That is true you can prevent it but in my opinion it's not worth spending all that extra money and Doing the research and cycles just find a good meal plan and go hard at the gym
