I am neither of these actually.

I no longer play runescape. I was addicted for about 2 or 3 years and finally quit about 6 months ago. I wasn't one of those kids who just constantly talked about it, infact still to today I have never told a soul that I did.

I can see the changes it made to my life from before that, but finally its all turning around again.
Instead of playing my time has been put into excersises and lifting weights.

I still go on the computer for about an hour on sythe and rs2 forums just to get a good laugh at what peolple got to say, and how caught up and addicted they are to it. It makes me laugh most of the time to think this usto me.

 

I could care less. Carpe Diem my friend! Enjoy your life. Exercise may be fun to you, but it seems unnecessary to me. Being online and playing guitar is enough for me between going out all the time.

 

i disagree with you. People can live life however they want. I know some people might be on the computer all the time but a lot are active. i wake up at 5 in the morning just to go on a 2mile jog, then straight to workouts. I know a lot of people that are physically active and i am sure lots of people on sythe are not fat asses at the computer all day, but if they are they can do whatever they please to do.

This seems more like a bragging thread that you ran 1500 yards, or that you look great, and that you are fit.

 

hes lying about the 1500 yards i played football at a highschool level and even the seniors couldnt sprint 1500 yards maybe like 500 max

Yes, jog and run, but sprinting is going at full speed the COMPLETE time. You would deffienetly get tired.

 

Here are my priorities. #1 Priority is hanging with my friends, socializing, and partying. #2 Priority would probably be Boxing and Tae Kwon Do. #3 Priority probably RuneScape. #4 Priority is school work. I'll admit I used to be a hardcore gamer when I was like 12/13, but now a days I play an hour or 2 here and there.

 

I'm the fastest sprinter in my county and there is no way in hell you ran 1500 yards. People with extreme stamina can't sprint for that long, and a sprinter certainly can't, you ment 150. I can run 500 max. Your either lying or you don't understand the difference between jogging and sprinting.

People can do whatever the fuck they want, I go to the gym, have loads of friends and play WoW, i'm sick of people always stereotyping that game. But too be honest you just sound like your bragging. Life isn't about achievement it's about enjoyment.

So your coaches friend plays WoW? Well he's obviously having more fun doing that then what your coach was doing to give up everything for it. An addiction is only that because it's fun or means something, it's not a physical drug.

Anyway say if a person decides to quit his job etc and do nothing but play WoW if it's that great then good for him/her they obviously found something really enjoyable to them.

wow sprinted 1500 yards...the most people can sprint is for about 7-8 seconds after that u slow down..u prob sprinted 100 yards break...then sprinted again..

:2: School can be used to see friends and have fun.(Enjoying yourself)
:3: You feed the dog because he/she need's to survive and so you can play with him/her.

I thought before posting and there's my opinion's, wether you like them or not.

Before you report me for spamming, take note i acctually wrote something worth reading.

 

When you achieve something, do you not enjoy it?
It is the enjoyment in achieving something you have worked long and hard for that drives someone to strive towards achievement. If that makes sense.

You take up a job in something you like because you ENJOY it, or you take it up so you can ENJOY spending the money you earn, or, you take the job for work experience so you can ENJOY having a better job later in life.
School is compulsory in Australia, but alot of people continue extra learning usually because they ENJOY learning or because they want better qualifications to get a better job that pays more money. More money means you can buy more things that you ENJOY.
You ENJOY looking at your yard all clean and shit, that's why you do it.
You ENJOY seeing your dog happy (some people).
People work-out/exercise because they ENJOY that feeling that you get from it.

 

Sigh...it is not getting more excercise that gives you a life. Why is it that people think doing too much of anything takes away your life. Just let people do what they think is fun, if you think about it, everything is dumb pretty much, but you just got to do what you want to have fun. If someone wants to play WOW all day, fine with me. Why should I care if it doesn't hurt me?

 

Personal i love runescape ive played for the last 3 years, but im only 12 i dont want to go run everyday and stuff like that i play basketball i get outside and play with my dogs when shes hyper but i still play alot runescape and im fine with myself doing that because im young i wanna do whatever i want while im young i dont want have to go lift weights everyday id rather play runescape, runescapes is funnest thing i can think of..btw whoever keeps bitchin about him saying he runs 1500 yards or whatever just cuz u cant do doesnt mean he couldnt for all you know he could be a world class sprinter

its quite obvious that your 12 when you think someone can sprint 1500 yards. they would have to be an olympic runner and even then i dont think it would be possible
