Lawyer's Price For Missing Pants: $65 Million

Now seriously why would anyone make such a case without even using common sense that he/she is going to lose.

Their all greedy bastards who want the up most attention in their pathetic lives.

Really who in their right mind jacks up the price of a common pair of pants from the value of:
    $10.50 to a compromise of: $65 Million?

Wow...that's all I can think to say...wow. I wonder if he's mentally unstable...it would seem to be so if he thinks he will win.

If I need to add anything else in the issue or just the slight possibility on why this man thinks he can win.

Might be because he is "Black"

I'm not saying this towards a racist view, but it's because of his plain out stupidity and the lack of a proper education.

I wonder, with a lack of proper education, he became a judge? You aren't being racist - You're stereotyping him. There's a difference.

Crossing that out of my mind. The man is a complete idiot.

Lets go back to the point and look at what this man is actually doing.

He is suing for a figure of "$65 Million" for a pair of pants worth "$10.50"

How do you propose hes going to win such a case?

Now I say he doesn't have the "proper education" just because this is just outrages, out of the question, plain stupid.

Now does he even think that a common pair of laborers, could generate that much income?

In their entire lives I doubt they could even be able to put up a small fraction compared to that figure.

Actually i think he may have a chance. firstly the pants cost $150. secondly he offered them 1k than other amounts of money that they didnt pay so if they dont pay he takes them to court. also he is a judge so i think if he calls in a few favours around he can get a good amount of money. im not saying he will get 65M but he can prolly get a good 500k if he tries.

He doesn't expect to win, he expects to close their buisness by forcing them to pay lawyer fees. It's atcually quite smart, but is a bitch move to say the least.

    WOW..... that is like ridiculous.

Reminds me of the case where some lady sued a company because she was dumb enough to try and dry her cat by putting it in the microwave.

only in america you can sue people for the most stupid things, they even sue Disneyland for no reason!

They can even sue you if you made a small human mistake, which happen everyday!
