If you search for members, there is only one Annex in database.

He used a special character like maybe the "e" has a dot or something above it but Sythe just doesn't pick it up and it disappears.

The Person took a screen shot of Annex then he made an account with the name as __ and set the picture as his avatar,

This is probably the only way it could have been done
