    buying a low combat, with high skills.
    doesn't have to be a lvl 3 skiller but i'd like its combat under 60.
    I don't want some stupid account with like 50 wc or something. I want some or A decently high skill. post pictures :D

    please make sure recovs are unset aswell please don't have any membership left, i'll still buy with membership i'm just less likely

    10M is a bit over my budget though :p
    I got like 8M tops to work with but i'm hoping not to spend even close to that much.

    i have pne with 52 cb and he has 89 wc and other skill here it is
    ps.recovs are still on there and it has membership but i can start tocancel recovs=) and end membership
