PBP Pin Buying?

Ok, say you're buying a PBP Pin from someone and they bought it from a phone in a different country, and you buy that from them, would it still work?

 

Yes all u need to enter is a 11 digit phone number in the text box where u put it in from the same country

also don't forget to select a different coutnry

But to go into better detail:

Firstly, you need to make sure you have the pin, AND the phone number from which it was bought. After such, log into RuneScape start a subscription, and at the top of the page, select the country it was bought from. Then select the option that your code was gotten from. Put in the telephone number when it prompts you to do so, and then the Pin. It should activate perfectly fine.
