also look at the prayer level, its kinda distorted and off
if u look closely u can see a small blur at the top of it, ( obviously edited)

 

First of all, Desert treasure isnt even done on that account. (you need 53 theiving 50 firemaking 10 slayer etc etc.

Second of all, Max hit with Ice Barrage is 30.

And look at the blur on the magic and prayer, looks edited to me.

If it's not a scam I reccomend you get more pictures, of his quests, him hitting a so called "33" with your ice barrage.
