    I'm not sure how to check if srl is installed, but if you open scar, then goto File->Download SRL, it will download the latest version for you.

    What version of Scar do you have, first of all?

    Open, back to your Scar folder, Includes, see of there is an SRL folder there.

    If you are getting an error that may be involving the SRL, post it.
