Hey so I have no clue how that guy was able to guess my Sythe password, but I changed it so I'm pretty sure he won't be able to log in again, I don't believe my email was compromised, and the password wasn't changed so I assume he guessed it, but I changed it.

 

Hi not sure if the first post got through as I don't see it out here, but I have changed my password and I'm pretty sure that the hacker just somehow guessed my password, no virus on my computer, so please unlock my account, thank you.

 

Ok I'm a bit confused I think I tried to post a couple times but haven't heard back from anybody yet, I was told to come to this forum, because a couple days ago I said my account was compromised and now I want it unlocked because I changed the password.

 

Please only post once in future.

Can you post a completed virus scan screenshot from your usual IP in order to recover, thank you

 

Ok can somebody at least respond to me??? I posted like a couple of days ago my account was compromised please lock it, but then I fixed it, so can somebody please unlock my account now?

I am very sorry about not realizing that you guys already responded to my post, and I'm so sorry that I continuously posted I was a little nervous, but here is a pic of a virus scan from my original ip.
