classic rock or new stuff?

What kind of rock music do you like better classic rock (led zeppelin, kiss, gnr, etc..) or new stuff like (fall out boy, the white stripes, green day, etc..)? Personally i prefer classic rock but there is some new stuff i like.

 

i like the new stuff for one good reason....lyrics and rythem...the lyrics are about mostly stuff these days not stuff back in the old days about wars and stuff....

 

I wonder if before you posted this thread, you looked at the music forum and this forum. Did you stop and think: "wrong section?". No, apperantly not.

Classic Rock, definitely. This year we had to do a magazine in Microsoft Publisher and I did a 26 page one on Classic Rock. I love it. It's so much better than modern bands... The band members actually have musical talent, unlike MOST modern bands. Yes, I like both kinds, but Classic Rock is the foundation of modern rock, and Classic Rock is just better all around.

First of all mcnugget you're spamming most of the threads here.
Second of all Robin DID give an answer.
Third of all I like classic rock so much better, because a lot of the older stuff has better lyrics, and better music. Yes I do like some modern rock but not a whole lot.

When I was little I first started liking rap because that's all I heard. Then I heard current Rock and I loved it and started hating rap. Now if I heard Classic Rock at the time, I would be liking classic, but I don't. The only current Rock I don't like is Pop and Punk. Well, a little bit of punk but not that much. My favorite Rock/Metal band is System Of A Down and they sing about todays problems in the U.S.

 

Classic Rock is way better, KISS, ACDC, Led Zeplin, Pink Floyd = KICK ASS MUSIC

i do like some new, alternative rock
such as- System of a down, incubus,...

but i really do love the classics
