    A 9 hp account with 0 smithing xp, whitch it quite special because you have a smithing tutor in rs2 in the tut, so u always have smithing xp, and i have a account that doesnt

    You could probably sell for the name rather then the 9hp and 0 smithing xp.

    You can always do a 14 day trade if it has recovery's. No need to remove.
