Any fans of Wayward Pines on here? It had a pretty small but dedicated fan-base for Season 1. It was supposed to be a mini-series but it got a green light for S2 which just ended.

S2 started off real slow but I absolutely loved the last few episodes of Season 2. It got really philosophical and deep and made you think a lot about life in a different kind of way.

If you're looking for a good, short, easy to binge Summer show, I recommend Wayward Pines.

It's kind of hard to explain it's genre because it soaks its feet in a lot of different genres and such. There are definitely blends of science fiction, horror, survival, futuristic content etc etc.

I enjoy the cast. It's a good blend of proven talent and people trying to prove themselves.

Watched season 1 when it came out. Season 1 start off good. Was interesting and kept me hooked. It then got really bad (IMO) towards the end of season 1. Nevertheless, I finished season 1. Would give season 1, 6/10.

Watched 2 episodes of season 2 and couldn't carry on. 3/10.

Season 2 starts out awful but I really liked the last 3-4 episodes of the season. Yedlin gets a little more interesting and the back-story gets pretty good. Last 2 episodes were among the best in the entire show imo.

    I don't foresee a third season though.
