Stuff Jagex they never actually do anything except exaggerate their ideas. If they have all this hi-tech tools to find cheaters then they wouldn't be asking for help and those tools must've been made while they ate dinner.

 

How does it matter.. If people bought mills, it wouldn't ruin the game

If rule 12 was lifted, Runescape would probably even be a better game

 

But that would make they're pocket start barking.

The only way they would agree, is if them and ONLY them sold the mills.
