edit: looks like it has been fixed, not sure if it works anymore. I think I was one of the last few to enjoy that service before it got fixed.

Actually Valve is trying to fix the overwatch exploit, but i saw the word "commend"

it still works fine, I just commended myself today and 2 others.

 

Valve reversed it, so the report and commend bots are working, but they did not said anything.
