dumb jagex varrock update glitch!!!!!!

ok,first off,i know you may not belive me,but this relly happend and im not just trying to get free stuff....

i was training my range when i decided to set a bank pin...so i set one,i logged off 2 days before it became activated..then i logged on again about id say 4 days later...and i was at lumby bank(btw i was at s.hold when i logged out) and all my 1.2k iron arrows were gone!!!!!!!my armor gone!omfg!!!im gettin so sick of this....i sent in a bug abuse thing,a complaint,and bam!the sam random crap mod heaton always sends me!

im ust asking for some spar startupclothes or arrows....all are greatly appreaciated...thank you,and plz dont flame me and call me a noob.....thanks
