    Just because you work behind a computer slinging virtual commodities all day, does not mean you cannot be fit! This is why I have created the Calisthenics Challenger Thread:

    Rules:
    Challenge any member using the challenge form to an exercise challenge.
    Only calisthenic exercises may be used, so no "I don't have any dumbbells" excuses can be made --
    Ex. Push-ups, squats, sit-ups, jumping jacks, etc.
    Please no insane/unrealistic challenges, we all want to be winners.
    Both challenger and the challenged shall complete the exercise.
    Quote and accept the challenge to begin. Post when the exercise has been completed.​

    Keep track of challenges with Challenge Points!
    Fun!

    Challenge Point System:
    Relies on the honor system to work!
    Basic challenges are worth 1 point!
    If a large challenge is done, it may be worth more points, just be honest!​
