uhhh..too simple for my liking.

 

Not bad not good no offense.

 

let's ignore the fact it has 35+ layers

 

again the border ruins it for me
text is good
scanlines are iffy

I just don't like the scalene lines...

 

Just because it has 35 layers it doesnt have to look complicated.
Some of my sigs have more than 50 layers and thats far from complicated still.

And yours doesnt look complicated or something in any sense, it looks like your usual montone sigs. Dont make the colours so monotone ! You have to have variety !
Its a render with a smudged bg and a color fill layer that was set on color or a gradient map on soft light. Then you put a bigger softbrush white dot to where his eyes point and then you put some smaller ones there. Their placement is completely random and dont add anything to flow. Now that you are done with that you put a pattern fill and set it on soft light and lower opacity. You then make a pencil line, motion blur it and add text. Voilà , another one of your sigs that all look the same was created.

I am not trying to offend you, it's just that everything you do looks too similar.
Also, work on your text.
