Buying a pure up to 2m.

I am buying a str or ranged pure which meets the following requirements:

Must be 100% F2P.
Must have NO recoveries.
Must have 40 attack (Less is fine, not more).
Must have 1 defence.
Must have 1 prayer, or 31,(If pure str) or 44 (If ranger).
Must have 40 ranged if str pure, 60 + if pure ranged.
Must have 1 or 25+ Mage.
Must have more then 45 str if str pure, if not, any str level is fine.
