Scammed me 100B Runelive

I am currently 3 day banned on my real sythe acc for ban evasion? regardless this customer wanted runelive gp, i gave him the option to buy some using a MM, he convinced me to go first as he could verify that he had 117 vouches by updating his thread with the skype name: check photos. He logged and blocked skype after trading.

Clearly a hacked account going on a rampage

 

banned him as precaution, I think his account might be hacked.
