You must be able to use ice spells!

I would prefer you be either 89,90,91 combat
I will do the talking and you will do the killing
I know luring was recently bannable but you have no contact with the victim until you already froze them with magic.
All trades will be split 50/50
Most likely try to lure many stackable items or lower rares like easter eggs up through blue masks.
