Stolen paypals

How do people get them ?
and is it safe for us to use them, seeing as people can get htem easly?

I dk if i want to use paypal if i am not safe. :$

 

paypal is very safe in general....i just dont know if I'd use it here on sythe

 

PayPal is safe. Except for buying ingame stuff because you can't prove that you sold it to the person and that the person actually recieved it. Most noob scammer file claim even if you gave em the money and there is nothing you can do about it.

 

i have sold over 100m and 40 was being stolen paypals
