Worked upfront in a bar as a waiter and a cashier in a hotel and had my own online trading company for about 1 year which i used live chat at certain times in the day and delt with the accounting for all the money and allocation as i had the business with 9 or 10 other people and plenty of customers.

6. How long have you played Runescape & Do you still play it? I played RS since 2008-2011, and ive been playing OSRS from 2012-2016 and still enjoying it but now casually play.

7. Why do you want the job & Why would you be good at it? I would like this job as i feel that it is a good use of my time and i also believe that it is something that i can do well at as i have had some experience with my own online business which i used various features that i see you use such as live chat and real money transactions. I also am trying to raise money for my charity event "world challenge" in Costa Rica and for my future. I would like a job that i would work hard at and happily spend many hours doing. I would be good at this job as i feel that i have good time keeping skills, deal well with problems especially under pressure and also i have good communication skills and grammar skills which i strongly believe could be used in a job such as this. I also feel that i would be good at this job as i am confident in tricky situations and am a very trustworthy person especially as i have had some experience before. I have always found this type of job interesting and i feel that a job that I am good at will be a job that I enjoy.

I don't really care about how much money I would make with this job simply because this is a passion for me! I love serving people and Customer Service is one of my top priorities! I have prior customer service experience at Publix (grocery store) and I also did a bit of CS for karmaloop.com. Troubleshooting payment errors, shipment issues etc. Multitasking comes as a natural attribute, and so does patience (both which played a big role when i was doing CS for karmaloop.) Customers get annoyed and I try my best to get issues resolved.
