But, hey, the entire world cant hate St anger (Or can they)?


Seriously, the reason St Anger is nu-metal, is cause it sounds like shitknot and faggot-park (linkin park). There is not ONE solo on the entire CD, which defeats the purpose of "HEAVY" metal, which this thread OP is looking for.

I agree with most people everyone will have there own taste..
Note some arent heavy metal but are heavyer then regular rock..

Rock,metal is all i listen to so i got some good ones but as i said earlyer everyone likes something different...
Slipknot older songs are good to but since Corey Taylor (there singer) messed his throat up screaming they lost there greatness in there later cd's but Corey Taylor made a new band Stone sour and there decent but not much screaming

Don't like heavy metal much. Things like Iron maiden and alike. These NWOBHM are kinda cool to hear but I think heavy metal is kinda cheesy. I prefer thrash metal. SLAYER \m/ You don't know metal before you've seen em live.
