I Still Don't Know Why I Was Banned- Sin666 Please Clear It Up?

Since I can't get a hold of Sin666 or ANYONE other than Dark Night who is a staff member (I do have most/all added) on MSN... I must resort to this- I have no idea anymore why I am banned. Pen is the one banned me and he can't even tell me. I assumed this is the reason I got banned (with the following dispute on the charge) REMEMBER: I cannot get ahold of ANY Sythe staff (that thing with Pen was in an invited conversation and he wouldn't add me).

I'm assuming I got banned for this:

Supposedly scamming 8M during an account trade I have never done/tried to do.

Here is my dispute:

Hello, this is Vladoria, a banned account from Sythe.org, I was recently banned wrongly for an accusation of scamming 8M. The following words will prove my case and discredit both pictures the accuser provided.

1. The first picture shows 0o0vl0o0 (an account I sold 3 months ago; Sin666 middlemanned and stated so in my dispute) trading and apparently accepting a trade with the accuser: http://img528.imageshack.us/img528/1655/uploadeb1.png

What's wrong with this picture?

It only shows an accepted trade, no actual trade screen, from 0o0vl0o0 to (I can't read his RuneScape username) the accuser. It shows he has 5000gp in his inventory- who's to say 0o0vl0o0 didn't give him 5000gp for an item? Or just for free? It shows nothing to say ANYONE scammed ANYTHING. It only shows an accepted trade of anything for anything. Or what if I was MIDDLEMANNING a trade and I gave the information in a seperate window? Isn't that a likely excuse? I was only 3 trades off becoming an official.

If this was truly me, I would have traded on either Woahkids or Vladorias Mm as stated in my Middlemanning application. It states there that if I want to use any other account I am to PM you on Sythe.org. If any PM exists it should have been provided.

2. The second picture shows me (my MSN) saying, "I will give the info. after" then spamming him with something like 'ajdfjsklj' and logging out: http://img528.imageshack.us/img528/9017/uploadsy1.png

What's wrong with this picture?

It DOESN'T show my Sythe name, a date (these pictures could or could not be from before August, 2006), or the RuneScape username I will be trading on. It shows me telling him that I will give the info. after something. After what? After 0o0vl0o0 gives him 5000gp? After he gives 0o0vl0o0 an item FOR 5000gp? We will never know. I could have had to go after something, who knows? No one.

3. The logic of this trade is messed up.

Why would I scam 8M if I was so close to becoming an official middleman? Why wouldn't I scam the 20M for account trade, or the 12M for account trade, or even the 9M for account trade? Why would I scam this certain trade when I could have a bigger monetary value from a 20M for account trade?

*Conclusion* Based on this, and only this, evidence I should not be banned at all- the claim that I sold and recovered accounts is nothing without pictures and claims that I did so. Nothing in these pictures says I did anything wrong.
