Thats why i said relatively risk free, Obviously no service is risk free not even yours but i do what i can to make it that way. I'm guessing the person above who cleaned him for 100m must have been relatively trusted with vouches or donator for him to trust him in the first place and look where that got him. no matter who he gets the service from there is always risk so its up to him to decide the best way to limit the risk

 

If you mean water, yes a lot of people do similar to him.

They buy a high rank, do a few trades to look trusted (or in some cases fake trades) then scam and charge back their donation payment.
