messing with your school questions

ok i get the notepad 'command.com' thing but my school blocks me from saving it as a *.bat or what ever so now what?

what the commands to mess with school if we do get it?
like the message pop on everyone screen ect.

what if you want to ge on runescape bu they block it? and they block every proxy possible(they do it pops up saying blocked security.proxy)

but i managed to unblock sythe using very illegal software.... but cant get rs on it only sites with proxas one if you look in sythe community sythe says he put one in and runescape dosent)

so what now?
